Use the mbeon online counseling service!
The app provides access to trained counsellors who will advise you online in over 40 languages. 

The counselling is: 

• free of charge (you don't have to pay anything),
• confidential (your information remains private)
• and secure (your data is protected). 

You can:

• write your question,
• send a voice note and
• submit documents.

How to get started with the mbeon app:

1. Open mbeon.onlineberatung.net on your computer or smartphone.
2. Use the "Register" button to create your account.
3. Enter your postal code to connect with a counseling center near you.
4. Choose a username and a password.
5. To complete the registration, write an initial message to the selected counseling center.
6. You will usually receive an answer within 48 hours (except on weekends and public holidays).
